How Long Will It Take for My Order to Arrive?

Hermit Collectables is based in Australia. We aim to process and dispatch all in-stock orders within 2 business days of your order being placed.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next available business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the shipping service selected at checkout and the shipping carrier.

While we do our best to ensure orders arrive as quickly as possible, delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, peak shopping periods or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

Please note that estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed by Hermit Collectables.

Express Shipping

Selecting an express or expedited shipping option only reduces the estimated transit time after your order has been dispatched.

Express shipping does not guarantee same-day processing or dispatch. Our standard order processing time of up to 2 business days still applies.

Please take processing and delivery times into consideration when selecting your shipping service at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information using the contact details provided with your order.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become available or update after your order has been collected by the shipping carrier.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping information provided when placing an order is complete and accurate.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or dispatched.

Hermit Collectables is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
